Robin-Dimitrije Gosselin-Monasevic


Robin-Dimitrije Gosselin-Monasevic (B. 1991) is a multidisciplinary artist originally from Levis, now based in Montreal.


He completed a BFA at the University of Hertfordshire in 2016 and an MA in Sculpture at the Royal College of Art in 2019. His sculptural practice integrates two skills, woodworking and electronics, which he places in tension with each other. Iterations take the form of kinetic sculptures, installations and sound machines.


His work has been presented in Canada and Europe, including a sound installation at The Music Gallery in Toronto, an artist residency at Gare de Matapédia in Quebec, a SPRACHE performance at Irma Gublia Galerie in Germany, and was the recipient of a grant from the Conseil des Arts et Lettres du Québec for his project Seul les Arbres se Souviennent in 2021.
