Founded in 2013, La Quadrature is an organization for research and creation in contemporary storytelling. led by Paul Bradley, Céline Jantet and Nicolas Rochette. La Quadrature approaches contemporary storytelling by exploring the formal possibilities of storytelling. Its creations go so far as to question the very act of storytelling. Active both as much on stage as in the public space and on the web, La Quadrature's creations have received NUMIX 2020 - experimental sound fiction. The group's in Canada and several European countries, as well as being broadcast by various broadcast by various institutions, including Radio-Canada.

Nicolas Rochette is a storyteller and co-artistic director of La Quadrature. He creates works that challenge spectacular forms of storytelling. He is interested in furtive practices, immersive sound works and installations while developing a conceptual approach to storytelling.
His recent research focuses on the place of storytelling in society and how it perpetuates power structures. He sat on the artistic committee of Périsytle Nomade and, in 2013, cofounded La Quadrature. La Quadrature has produced more than a dozen audio storytelling creations broadcast in North America and Europe, and has won several awards.
